The dust-bearing gas enters the dust collector from the inlet, the air flow turns and strikes the water surface, and some of the larger dust particles fall into the water when the gas passes through the upper and lower blades at a speed of 10-15 meters per second
In the "S" type channel, a large amount of water is stirred up, so that the water is fully contacted, and most of the fine dust particles are mixed with the water. Due to the role of centrifugal force, the dust carrying gas forms a vortex chamber in the "S" type passage, and the whole flow direction changes in the vortex chamber. Thus, the necessary relative movement of dust particles and droplets is generated, which becomes an effective dust removal process. After leaving the vortex chamber, the dust-carrying droplets and the purified gas are removed from the mist liquid separation chamber and discharged from the dust removal unit through the vent.
