1, The fully automatic fuel dispenser is an automatic oil feeding device designed specifically for various types of automatic conveyor chains. The fuel injector is composed of a main engine and an oil injection seat according to structural design, with a transparent oil pipe connected in the middle for easy observation of the oil feeding status. This separate design facilitates the selection of host installation positions and different styles of chains, and the fuel injection seat can be changed immediately for universal use.
2, Power supply for this machine: AC220V/50HZ, power: 10W;
This machine uses compressed air of 3-6KG and an intake pipe of 5 * 8mm.
3, The start and stop signals of the fuel dispenser are controlled by a touch switch installed on the fuel injection seat.
4, Fuel dispenser panel timer function:
Manual/automatic time control switch: oil supply cycle controller, divided into three stages to control the oil supply time and interval time; Depending on the length of the chain and the line speed, appropriate adjustments will be made by on-site technicians. Prevent chain from running out of oil or adding too much oil.
Oil supply time: When the contact switch of the conveyor chain vertical wheel is lifted, that is, the time for lubricating oil and compressed air to be mixed and supplied simultaneously is generally adjusted at the position of 0.5-1 seconds.
Interval time: To prevent the conveyor belt from stopping running when the contact switch is lifted by the vertical wheel, which may cause excessive spraying of lubricating oil and result in oil dripping. So the interval time timer is set to the time when the power is cut off and the oil is cut off. After waiting for the conveyor belt to restart, the oil supply will automatically resume.

There are three switch switching functions in the lower right corner of the time control switch:
ON: When the conveyor belt is started, it starts to supply oil and is not controlled by the cycle controller.
AUTO: Act according to the time set by the timer.
OFF: Just like turning off the power, no oil is supplied at any time.
6, The fuel dispenser has a total of 5 oil outlets, which are installed as follows:
(1) Install two oil outlets from the left side on the vertical wheel aligned with the left side (install bearings aligned with the vertical wheel);
(2) Install the middle oil outlet on the horizontal wheel aligned with the chain (install the bearing aligned with the horizontal wheel);
(3) Install two oil outlets from the right side on the vertical wheel aligned with the right side (install bearings aligned with the vertical wheel);
(4) Attention: During installation, it is important to control the distance between the horizontal and vertical wheels. The spacing between 150 type chains is 75MM, and the spacing between 200 type chains is 100MM.
7, Atomization adjustment button: It is used to adjust the size of the air flow during oil supply. To ensure that the lubricating oil can be delivered to the lubrication point in an instant and determine infiltration, in order to achieve the effect of forced oil supply. Adjust this switch appropriately based on the distance from the main engine oil outlet to the fuel injection seat. It should be noted that excessive air flow can cause lubricating oil to rebound and splash after being sent to the lubrication point.
8, Oil adjustment button: It is used to adjust the amount of oil when feeding. To prevent insufficient or excessive oil in the chain, adjust this switch appropriately to achieve the desired fuel injection effect. It should be noted that too little oil can cause insignificant lubrication effects, while too much oil can cause oil dripping.
9, Refueling indicator: It will light up when the lubricating oil of the fuel injector is mixed with air for output.
Oil shortage indicator: When the oil level in the fuel tank of the injector drops to a low level, the indicator light will light up and lubricating oil should be replenished in a timely manner
